10 Tasty Vegan Quinoa Recipes

In my opinion, quinoa is seriously underrated. I’m sure you know that’s it’s packed with nutrients (like essential amino acids, fibre, magnesium, iron and is gluten-free!), but I love it for the fact it is widely available, easy to cook and delicious.

It’s a great ingredient to use to bulk out meals and absorb flavours. Cooking it in a broth/stock will mean it soaks up all the juicy flavours and apply them to the whole dish.

Simple One-Pot Quinoa Chili

This simple chili recipe is rich in protein and only takes 30 minutes to prepare. Pair it with a salad or a side of vegetables for a wholesome meal.
